CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% the price of your scheduled appointment. Please be sure you are aware of the location prior to your appointment. Less than 24 hours cancellation results in a 50% charge in your service. Same day cancellations result to a 100% charge for your missed appointment. If you are more than 5 minutes late your appointment will be canceled and you will be charge in full. There is a zero tolerance policy for NO SHOWS 100% will be charged with the card on file. If your card declines because insufficient funds or you “refund” yourself you will be BLOCKED from booking in the future. Payments can be made through CASH or ZELLE ONLY! NO GUESTS ARE ALLOWED! We recognize that there are factors out of our control due to traffic , family emergencies or sickness however due to limited availability our late & cancellation policy still strictly apply.
